Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Financial Record-Keeping: Execute daily bookkeeping for all revenue streams, operational costs, and warehouse expenses.
- Platform Reconciliation: Perform complex daily reconciliations of e-commerce platform orders against actual payments, adjusting for refunds, platform subsidies, and transaction fees.
- Cash Flow Management: Verify and manage daily cash flows, ensuring all physical cash and digital payments align with the warehouse inventory and sales records.
- AP/AR Management: Oversee Accounts Receivable (collecting from local vendors/customers) and Accounts Payable (settling local utility, logistics, and supply costs).
- Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries to be reviewed by management at the main warehouse.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSc.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
