Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow forecasts).
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to assist in assembling the annual corporate budget and monitor variances between actual spending and projected targets.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash inflows and outflows, oversee accounts payable ($A/P$) and accounts receivable ($A/R$), and ensure timely vendor payments and collections.
- Compliance & Tax: Ensure the company adheres to all local and international financial regulations, manage payroll processing, and assist with tax filings and external audit preparations.
- Data Analysis: Review financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze operational trends, and provide actionable insights to maximize profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
