Finance Officer
Job summary
The Finance Officer will support the Bank’s financial operations, including financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations
- Support financial statement preparation in line with IFRS
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with approved budgets
- Ensure compliance with CBN, NDIC, and other regulatory requirements
- Support audit processes (internal and external)
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records
- Assist in tax computation and statutory remittances
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (ICAN/ACCA) or in progress is an added advantage
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in finance/accounting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Analytical thinking
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
