Finance Officer
Job summary
We are looking for a Finance Officer to support the day-to-day financial operations of our growing boutique. This role is ideal for someone with practical bookkeeping experience who is proficient in QuickBooks and financial data entry.

Responsibilities:
- Record daily sales, expenses, and financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain proper financial records using QuickBooks.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Reconcile cash, bank, and POS transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Monitor stock purchases and supplier payments.
- Assist with payroll preparation where required.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support the business owner with basic financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, finance, or a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of QuickBooks is mandatory.
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong integrity, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a retail store, boutique, or SME will be an added advantage.
