Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the Company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure timely preparation of management reports and key financial performance analyses.
• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and treasury activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective internal controls and financial policies.
• Lead the annual external audit process and coordinate responses to auditors.
• Conduct periodic internal reviews and implement audit recommendations.
• Liaise with regulators, tax authorities, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Oversee statutory filings and tax compliance, including VAT, WHT, PAYE, Company Income Tax, and Pension remittances.
• Review investment transactions and ensure accurate accounting treatment.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the finance team.
• Support executive management with strategic financial analysis and business decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
