Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, revenue, and overall financial performance
• Ensure proper financial controls and compliance with relevant regulations
• Oversee accounting operations, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and payroll processes
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
• Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other relevant stakeholders
• Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate measures
• Supervise and guide the finance/accounting team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional qualification such as ICAN or ACCA is a must
• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory finance role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial controls
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
