We are seeking a professional Finance Manager who will be responsible for serving as the strategic lead for the organization’s financial management function, ensuring financial stability and supporting sustainable business growth. The Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance while providing financial insights to support effective decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic business decisions.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to establish financial targets and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow, monitor liquidity, and optimize working capital.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), and tax laws in Nigeria, and liaise with auditors and manage the annual audit process to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Develop and implement robust internal control systems and risk management processes to safeguard company assets and identify and mitigate financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement, and delegate tasks effectively and manage team workload to ensure efficient operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and other external partners and provide financial guidance and support to different departments, enhancing financial literacy across the organization.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A master's degree (MBA, MSc Finance) is a plus.
- Professional Qualification is required (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial management or a senior accounting role, with demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity.

- Experience in managing internal and external audits.
Remuneration: NGN 800,000
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Work Mode: Full Time
Work Hours: 9 am-5 pm; Monday-Friday
