Role Overview
They are seeking an experienced and astute Chartered Accountant to be deployed to one of its client companies as the dedicated Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the client's finance function, ensuring sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of accurate financial information to support business decisions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, unquestionable integrity, and the ability to operate independently while representing the company professionally.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Certificates: Professional accounting qualification (ICAN mandatory; ACCA is an added advantage).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5–10 years progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Nigerian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and corporate governance.
- Experience managing end-to-end finance operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.
