Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in line with corporate objectives; lead the preparation of annual budgets/financial plans; monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Partner with retail operations, procurement and sales teams to minimise costs and improve financial performance.
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team members.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related field.
- Minimum of six years' relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least three years’ experience in a senior or leadership role.
- A higher degree or professional certification (ACA or ACCA) is an added advantage.
