Job descriptions & requirements
Requirements:
- Manage daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly closing activities.
- Ensure timely payments, proper documentation, and compliance with financial procedures.
- Use Excel and accounting software to analyze financial data and support management decision-making.
Requirements:
- 2- 3+ years of post-NYSC experience in bookkeeping, payables/receivables & bank reconciliation
- Proficient in Excel and at least one accounting package (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work with minimal supervision
Remuneration: NGN 250k/Month + Meal
