Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and investment activities to optimize financial performance.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 10 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic decision-making.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
