Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

• Process daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing.
• Support budget preparation, expense monitoring, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
• Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits.
• Maintain organized financial records and proper documentation.
• Analyze financial data and provide reports to support business decision-making.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
