Finance and Treasury Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the organization’s treasury functions, including cash flow planning, liquidity management, and banking relationships
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Monitor and manage financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and credit risks
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls
• Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Optimize investment and funding strategies to maximize returns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage)
• Professional certification, such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or ICAN, is required
• Minimum of 6  years’ experience in finance, treasury, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of financial management, treasury operations, and risk management
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
