Job summary
We are seeking a Finance and Administrative Officer with startup experience to join IMATA Logistics and help us become the best logistics company in Enugu. You will manage accounting, payment processing, reconciliations, and administrative support in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting, payment processing, reconciliations, and administrative support for our logistics and delivery operations.
- Managing rider payouts, vendor payments, financial records, and compliance
- Supporting the office and administrative functions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Solid experience with reconciliations, payments, and financial records
- Excel proficiency: Pivot tables, formulas, and financial reporting
- Payment processing: Experience with bank transfers, payouts, or digital payments (e.g., Paystack, Moniepoint)
- Attention to detail: Accurate data entry and record-keeping
- Startup experience: Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Logistics awareness: Understanding of delivery operations, COD, or rider payouts
- Organisation & time management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with Nigerian tax and regulatory compliance, customer service
- Experience with payment processing, reconciliations, and bank transactions
