Job Summary
Our client Arila group is seeking a skilled financial professional with a passion for analytics and modelling to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting across our diverse portfolio of businesses. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision making, budgeting, and forecasting across our diverse portfolio of businesses.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modelling, to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and optimize financial performance across the organization.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Support proposal submissions for potential investment opportunities, and strategic partnerships through financial analysis and plan customization.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to identify risks and opportunities for our businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis is a must.
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields as well as professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFI’s FMVA, ICAN, ACCA) are pluses.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling software
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
