Finanace Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
• Track and analyze revenue streams related to platform usage, brand campaigns, and commercial partnerships.
• Ensure accurate financial statements, management reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and tax requirements.
• Support pricing models, commercial contracts, and financial aspects of brand and business deals.
• Coordinate external audits and maintain strong internal financial controls.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to leadership to guide investment in product, growth, and operations.
• Optimize financial processes and systems as the platform scales.
• Supervise finance/accounts team members if applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, ideally including managerial responsibility.
• Experience in a technology, SaaS, or advertising/media business is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, revenue recognition, and internal controls.
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced analytical tools (Excel and beyond).
• High integrity, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a growth-oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Prior experience supporting AdTech, MarTech, or digital platform businesses.
• Familiarity with recurring or usage-based revenue models.
