Filling Station Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer payments accurately
  
• Handle cash, POS and other approved payment methods
  
• Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records
  
• Reconcile cash and sales records at the end of each shift
  
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions
  
• Attend to customers politely and professionally
  
• Ensure all payments are properly accounted for
  
• Report discrepancies or suspicious transactions to the supervisor
  
• Work closely with pump attendants and station management
  
• Keep the cashier's area clean and organized
  
• Follow all company cash-handling and operational procedures
  
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND/BSc; additional qualifications are an advantage
  
• Previous experience as a cashier, filling station cashier, retail cashier or similar role is an advantage
  
• Good numerical and basic computer skills
  
• Ability to operate a POS terminal
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Honest, trustworthy and responsible
  
• Good communication and customer-service skills
  
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Must be willing to work in Asaba, Owerri or Onitsha

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
