Job Summary

The Field Marketer will be responsible for driving product visibility, increasing market penetration, executing market storming activities, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute aggressive market storming strategies to drive brand awareness and product penetration.

•Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and customers.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

•Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

•Conduct regular market surveys and provide competitive intelligence reports.

•Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail outlets.

•Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.

•Provide daily and weekly sales activity reports.

Requirements

•Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

•1–3 years experience in FMCG field marketing or sales.

•Strong market storming and customer acquisition skills.

•Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.

•Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

•Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•Must be familiar with Abuja markets and territories.
