Job summary
A Manufacturing & Trading Company in a leading FMCG with major Presence in the South-South, South-East region of Nigeria has an urgent need to fill the Field Sales Representative posiiton.

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of new customers to improve sales performance
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
- Handling objections, negotiating pricing and closing business deals to meet and exceed the monthly sales target.
- Taking the assigned territory as their constituents by constantly visiting customer outlets for sales order generation and sales growth.
- Developing and implementing strategies for the assigned territory or market segment to maximise Sales coverage.
- Monitoring competitors' products and strategies, providing feedback to management and maintaining accurate sales activities in the CRM system.
- Addressing customer complaints and finding solutions to retain loyalty.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/OND/HND in Marketing or any Social Science.
- Minimum of two (2) years of practical experience in Pure Sales in an FMCG or Manufacturing Company.
- Must be a geographically mobile Sales Representative.
- Must be Proficient in the use of Ms Word and Excel.
- Possession of a valid E-Class Drivers Licence will be an added advantage.
- Not more than 30 years of age.
