Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Meeting prospective clients and following up on them
• Converting prospective clients into purchasing Customers
• Attending respectfully to Customers or prospective clients in the office or in the field
• Receive and manage all calls from customers or enquirers on the products and services of D-TECH
• Maintain up-to-date records of all customers
• Call up and follow up on customers to ensure that services are appropriate and beneficial to the customer.
• Report and log all activities and complaints from potential clients
• Schedule and manage customer installation dates and trainings.
• Follow up calls to prospective clients and existing clients inform them of other company services and products.
• Submit Quotation or Proposal to prospective clients
• Composure and dissemination of Monthly SMS greeting messages to all potential clients and customers on updates of products and Tips in the Industry.
• Ensure that all car details are entered into the D-TECH Manager software and ensure that all vehicle statuses are updated daily.
• Give weekly reports to the Manager.
• Other responsibilities as may be assigned to you by your immediate superior

Requirements:

• 1 year experience
• Minimum of OND
