Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering suitable suggestions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our mobile applications to prospective clients.
- Attend school owners’ meetings to conduct product presentations and sales pitches to their audiences.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through strategic planning and follow-up.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.
- Communicate market feedback and customer insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our mobile applications, including their features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of NCE, ND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least one year of sales experience, preferably in the education or technology industry.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Confident and charismatic in engaging with people.
