Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue generation by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
- Conduct face‑to‑face sales meetings with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, salons, pharmacies, and open‑market traders.
- Introduce, demonstrate, and actively sell the company's personal care and cosmetic products.
- Accurately record all sales activities using handheld devices or approved sales tracking tools.
- Forecast sales and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to supervisors.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to improve product availability and sales performance.
- Participate in sales training, pitch practice, and team‑building sessions.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline (Sales, Marketing, or Business‑related fields is an advantage)
- 1–3 years field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, personal care, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or retail distribution
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Familiarity with local markets and distribution networks is a strong advantage
- Performance‑driven and motivated by targets and commissions.
