Job summary

As a Field Sales Representative (B2B), you will be responsible for actively sourcing, engaging, and closing B2B clients through on-ground sales activities. This role comes with clear sales targets, a basic salary, and performance-based commissions. This role is field-based and requires frequent movement to meet prospective and existing business clients. Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new B2B clients through field visits and direct engagement
  • Promote and sell company products and services to businesses
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiations
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback
  • Represent the company professionally in the field


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B or field sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to work in a field-based role
  • Basic understanding of sales reporting and CRM tools is an advantage
