Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products/services to customers within the assigned territory.
• Identify potential customers and follow up on leads.
  
• Conduct door-to-door visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  
• Submit daily reports and feedback to the sales supervisor.
  
• Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
  
• Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities.

Requirements:

• OND/ HND, BSC in any discipline, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
  
• Proven experience in field sales or a related role is preferred.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and confident.
  
• Familiarity with Ikorodu and its environs is an added advantage.
  
• Must be willing to work in the field and meet sales goals.
