Field Sales Officer

Responsibilities:

Trader Onboarding & Relationship Management:

• Onboard traders within your assigned cluster
• Build strong relationships with traders and market leaders

Financing & Repayment Management:

• Support inventory financing and monitor repayment cycles
• Encourage repeat inventory usage among reliable customers
• Monitor customer activity and flag potential repayment risks

Savings Mobilisation:

• Promote savings mobilisation through the Hadi Finance app

Reporting & Field Coordination:

• Keep accurate records and share field updates with the team

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a field-based, target-driven role (e.g. field sales, collections, distribution, or similar ground-level work) — this is not an entry-level position
• Comfortable managing high activity targets under field conditions
• Experience working directly with traders, retailers, or small business owners is an advantage
• Minimum of NCE or OND, any relevant field
