Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote supermarket products, offers, and services to customers and nearby businesses.
- Conduct field marketing and sales campaigns to increase customer traffic and sales.
- Identify and develop new customer and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat patronage.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
- Support promotional events, activations, and awareness campaigns.
- Meet assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Represent the supermarket professionally in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in field sales, marketing, or retail business development.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Lagos retail market environment is an added advantage.
- Energetic, confident, and customer-focused personality.
