Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate sales leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on sales activities to the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and goal-driven mindset.
- A minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Remuneration: NGN 550,000 Monthly (dependent on meeting sales targets)
