Field Sales Manager
Job summary
We are looking for a results-driven field sales manager to lead and drive sales of solar products in assigned territories. This role is for someone who can manage a team, generate leads daily, close deals, and submit structured reports consistently.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise field sales representatives
- Generate daily leads and convert them to paying customers
- Identify new markets (estates, shops, businesses, installers)
- Build partnerships with local vendors and distributors
- Ensure daily and weekly reporting of activities and results
- Track team performance and ensure targets are met
- Provide feedback and strategy to improve sales performance
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or sales management
- Must have managed a team before
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Must be target-driven and disciplined with reporting
- Experience in solar, telecom, or FMCG sales is a big advantage
