Field Sales Executive
Job summary
We are currently hiring a Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand market reach within assigned territories.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct regular field visits to customers and prospects
- Promote and present company products effectively
- Convert leads into active customers and close sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide after-sales support and handle complaints
- Plan daily/weekly sales routes for maximum coverage
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE/OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of FMCG sales experience (preferred)
- Good understanding of local market dynamics
