Field Sales Executive

We're Hiring: Merchant Success Executive (Field Sales)

Location: Nigeria (Field Role) Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

At BluuPay, we're on a mission to help Nigerian businesses stop selling blindly and start

selling smarter. We're looking for passionate, results-driven Merchant Success Executives

to help us onboard and support merchants across Nigeria.

What You'll Do

1. Identify and sign up new merchants onto the BluuPay platform

2. Guide merchants through the onboarding process from start to finish

3. Ensure merchants complete all KYC/KYB requirements

4. Help merchants upload their products and set up their stores

5. Train merchants on how to use BluuPay effectively

6. Ensure merchants begin actively selling and accepting payments on BluuPay

7. Serve as the first point of contact for merchant support and resolve basic issues

8. Build strong relationships with merchants to drive engagement and long-term

success

9. Meet and exceed monthly merchant acquisition and activation targets

10.Be a responsible and reliable representative of BluuPay and a professional

promoter of identity, products and services.

11.Reports regularly to BluuPay management and be responsible and accountable to

your line manager.

12.Initiate and implement creative ways for continuous improvement in your services

Requirements

1. Minimum of 1 years' experience in sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, payments,

FMCG, or a related industry

2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

4. Comfortable working in a field-based role and visiting merchants daily

5. Tech-savvy and able to train merchants on using digital products

6. Experience working with SMEs or merchant acquisition is an added advantage
