- Conduct field visits to MDAs and institutions to identify and engage prospective customers.
- Generate qualified leads and submit verified customer details for loan processing.
- Support customer sensitization and mobilization activities within assigned locations.
- Assist customers with onboarding guidance and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with the Telesales team to ensure prompt follow-up and conversion of generated leads.
- Support verification activities, including employment confirmation and document validation, where required.
- Maintain accurate daily activity records and submit weekly reports to the Field Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within institutions and staff groups.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures during all field engagements.
- Drive sales by promoting Checkoff Finance products, converting prospects, and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and follow up on leads effectively.
- Upsell and cross-sell loan products to boost sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or a related role.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, loan sales, insurance, or microfinance will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Must be a resident in Lagos.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Target-driven, proactive, and professional with a strong customer-focused approach.
