Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field visits to MDAs and institutions to identify and engage prospective customers.
  • Generate qualified leads and submit verified customer details for loan processing.
  • Support customer sensitization and mobilization activities within assigned locations.
  • Assist customers with onboarding guidance and documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Telesales team to ensure prompt follow-up and conversion of generated leads.
  • Support verification activities, including employment confirmation and document validation, where required.
  • Maintain accurate daily activity records and submit weekly reports to the Field Sales      Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within institutions and staff groups.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures during all field engagements.
  • Drive sales by promoting Checkoff Finance products, converting prospects, and consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and follow up on leads effectively.
  • Upsell and cross-sell loan products to boost sales.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or a related role.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, loan sales, insurance, or microfinance will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Must be a resident in Lagos.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and professional with a strong customer-focused approach.
