FIELD SALES CANVASSER (MERCHANT & AGENT RECRUITER)

JOB OVERVIEW

Esdiac is seeking high-energy, ambitious Field Sales Canvassers to recruit, onboard, and activate retail partners across Lagos. You will pitch POS operators, phone accessory shop owners, and campus entrepreneurs to sell Esdiac international calling credit, global eSIMs, and cross-border data top-ups at a high profit margin.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Field Canvassing: Conduct daily cold visits in high-traffic commercial zones (Computer Village, trade plazas, university campuses, and market hubs).

• Merchant Onboarding: Pitch shop owners, assist them with registering on the Esdiac App, and ensure they fund their initial wallet.

• Branding & Demos: Paste official Esdiac storefront stickers at merchant points and run live test transactions to train shop owners.

• Network Management: Follow up with your recruited outlets to ensure active daily trading and continuous wallet re-funding.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Field Experience: 1+ year in field sales, canvassing, or agent acquisition (Fintech POS recruitment, telecom, or FMCG background preferred).

• Street Grit & Communication: Excellent pitch delivery, persuasion skills, and ability to handle objections on the street.

• Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with major Lagos commercial hubs (Ikeja, Balogun, Alaba, Yaba, Trade Fair, Lagos island).

• Tools: Must own a functional Android or iOS smartphone.

•Instant Onboarding Commission: Earn on every newly funded shop .

• Recurring Monthly Overrides: Earn a continuous monthly commission on every top-up and data sale processed by your merchant network.

• Uncapped Payout Potential

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Field-Based)

Employment Type: Contract

Target Earnings: ₦150,000 – ₦450,000+ / month (Uncapped Commission + Overrides)
