Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract potential clients interested in buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
- Market and promote the company's properties to prospective clients.
- Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and drive property sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads, market properties, and convert prospects into clients.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Must reside in Lagos and be in proximity to Ikeja GRA.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel for property inspections and client meetings.
