Field Sales Agents

We're Hiring — Field Sales Agents | Blue Cole Finance | Lagos

Blue Cole Finance is a cross-border payments company helping African businesses pay international suppliers quickly, affordably, and without the usual stress. We are expanding our sales team and looking for sharp, well-presented individuals to take our services directly into Lagos's major commercial markets.

What you will be doing:

• Visit key markets across Lagos to identify and engage prospective business clients
• Present Blue Cole's services to importers, traders, and business owners who have regular payment needs
• Guide interested prospects through the onboarding process and collect completed client forms
• Build and maintain relationships with onboarded clients to encourage repeat transactions
• Report daily activity to your Sales Manager and meet weekly KPI targets

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or physical client acquisition — this is a must
• Exceptional personal presentation and grooming — you will be the face of Blue Cole Finance 
• Strong verbal communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive
• High attention to detail — accurate documentation is critical in this role
• Ability to build trust and retain clients over time
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in busy market environments
• Familiarity with Lagos's major commercial markets is an advantage
