Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Agent to join our team. As a Field Sales Agent at B-Meson, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships, and closing sales deals. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of attending online or physical meetings on Fridays.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements


  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the target market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.


  • HND in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the recruiting or staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Contract Terms:

  • This position is initially offered as a contract role for the first 3 months. Sales personnel who meet the specified targets during this period will have the opportunity to become permanent staff members at B-Meson Ltd. During the contract, compensation will be strictly based on commissions. Sales personnel who meet the desired monthly targets will be eligible for handsome incentives.
