Role Description
As a Field Sales Activation Agent, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and maintaining Buxe’s customer and driver base. This full-time position is located on-site in Lagos. Key responsibilities include engaging with potential users, driver recruitment, providing demonstrations of the platform, supporting the onboarding process for drivers, and maintaining relationships with partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales Skills: Knowledge of effective sales strategies and ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication capabilities to engage with various stakeholders.
- Customer Engagement: Ability to provide excellent customer service, build relationships, and deliver platform demonstrations.
- Organizational Skills: Capacity to manage time effectively, conduct follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle unforeseen challenges effectively.
- Basic Tech Proficiency: Experience using mobile apps and digital tools to support onboarding and tracking activities.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Prior experience in sales or field activation is a plus.
- Familiarity with the transportation or automotive industry is advantageous.
