Field Representative

Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned business locations daily, including shops, offices, and service providers.
• Introduce and explain the company’s recruitment services to business owners and decision-makers.
• Distribute flyers and promotional materials strategically.
• Identify businesses with hiring needs and generate qualified leads.
• Promote company projects and initiatives within target areas.
• Maintain professional representation of the company at all times.
• Submit clear daily reports on locations covered, businesses engaged, and outcomes.
• Share market feedback, common objections, and insights from field interactions.
• Meet assigned weekly and monthly activity and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Candidate must reside in Lagos Mainland.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role involving daily movement across assigned locations.
• Previous experience in sales, customer engagement, field work, or business outreach is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.
