Field Recruitment Agent (Driver Onboarding) - Abuja. Your primary mission is to get Monochrome Convoy moving on Abuja roads. You will be on the front lines, identifying potential drivers, pitching the benefits of our app, and completing their registration.

Responsibilities:
- Locate and engage with car owners and commercial drivers across Benin (hubs, parks, and popular driver hangouts).
- Guide drivers through the app download and sign-up process.
- Ensure all required documents (Driver’s License, Vehicle Papers, etc.) are correctly uploaded.
- Ensure the driver account is fully registered and operational.
- We will train all successful candidates on how to use the app, verify documents, and effectively onboard drivers to ensure you are successful from day one.
Requirements:
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to speak clearly to drivers in English and Pidgin.
- Comfortable using and explaining mobile applications.
- Familiarity with major hubs, parks, and roads in Abuja.
