Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular and unannounced site inspections
- Enforce guard discipline and uniform compliance
- Respond to client complaints and emergencies
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
- Coordinate guard deployment and replacements
- Support marketing efforts and attend client meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum OND / HND / BSc
- Must possess a valid Nigerian Driver’s License
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Age: 28–40 years
- Ability to write clear and professional reports
- Prior security supervision experience is an advantage
