Job summary
We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Field Operations Officer to support the pilot phase of our operations. This is a field-based role for individuals who are proactive, disciplined, and focused on execution. The role involves overseeing daily field activities, including monitoring battery swap stations, tracking rider performance, and ensuring smooth battery swap operations. You will be responsible for following up with customers and partner businesses, resolving on-ground issues quickly, and maintaining accurate operational data. This position requires someone reliable, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership in a fast-paced environment. We are not looking for spectators — we need doers who can move with urgency and get things done.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage battery swap stations to ensure uptime and efficiency.
- Track rider activity, performance, and battery usage.
- Oversee and coordinate battery swap operations.
- Follow up with customers and partner businesses to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve field issues in real time.
- Maintain accurate records and operational data.
- Provide daily reports and insights from field activities.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and high level of accountability.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, especially in data recording.
- Comfortable working in a startup / pilot-phase environment.
- Must be proactive — no supervision required to get tasks done.
