Loan Disbursement & Portfolio Management:

Repayment Follow-Up:
- Conduct proactive follow-ups on weekly loan repayments across your portfolio.

- Escalate persistent delinquency cases to your supervisor with clear documentation.
Savings Activation:
- Actively promote savings activation to customers on the Hadi platform.
- Please meet the savings activation targets as part of your weekly and monthly performance expectations.

Reporting & Office Coordination:
- Submit accurate daily and weekly reports on field activity, disbursements, collections, and pipeline.
- Resume at the office as required for check-ins, performance reviews, and team planning sessions.
- Communicate clearly with the internal team on customer issues, market feedback, and blockers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND or NCE in any discipline.
- Must reside within the Kubwa environs — proximity to the cluster is non-negotiable.
- Willing to work fully onsite, combining daily office resumption with field work.
- Basic smartphone literacy — app usage is a core part of this role.
- Proven ability to sell — has personally convinced people to buy, sign up, or commit, and has the results to show for it.
- Experience working in open markets or informal trade environments — knows how to engage traders, navigate market dynamics, and build trust on the ground.
- Strong communicator who can pitch confidently, handle objections, and close without being pushy.
- High personal accountability — takes ownership of their numbers, tracks their own performance, and doesn't need to be chased.
- Reliable and consistent — shows up, follows through, and delivers against targets week on week.
- Prior fintech or financial services experience is an advantage, but a strong sales track record in any field counts.
Benefits:
- Performance-based commissions and incentives tied to disbursement, repayment, and savings targets.
- Quarterly performance reviews with structured growth and promotion opportunities.
- Hands-on experience inside a fast-growing fintech lending operation.
- Direct exposure to how credit, collections, and field sales work in practice — not in a classroom.
