Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, sensitize, and recruit potential clients within the target market.
- Conduct field visits to evaluate clients’ businesses and assess creditworthiness.
- Ensure compliance with lending policies and credit risk management standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling client information.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Educate clients on financial literacy and proper loan utilization.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc.
- 1–3 years of experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of credit risk analysis and loan management.
- Must be honest, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Loan appraisal and credit analysis.
- Time management and field operations.
