Field Mobilisation Officers

Responsibilities:

• Mobilise eligible young people within and around your assigned institution or community.
• Explain the programme and encourage eligible individuals to participate.
• Assist participants to complete their registration using their mobile phones.
• Ensure registrations are completed accurately and successfully.
• Follow up with individuals who have started but not completed their registration.
• Work towards achieving daily and weekly registration goals.
• Submit daily activity and registration reports.
• Work with the project team to support successful programme mobilisation.

Requirements:

• Be a recent graduate, unemployed graduate, NYSC member, or young person seeking work.
• Live within or close to the assigned university, polytechnic, college of education or community.
• Be confident approaching and speaking with people.
• Be friendly, energetic and comfortable engaging young people.
• Have a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications and online forms.
• Be organised and able to keep accurate records.
• Be motivated by achieving goals and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available to work in the field within your assigned location.

Location: Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ekiti, Ondo and Osun States
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 – 120,000 Monthly + applicable allowances/incentives
