Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of field marketers across Lagos
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Track team performance and ensure lead generation and conversion goals are met
- Provide on-ground support, coaching, and guidance to team members
- Support the team in driving conversions and closing leads
- Ensure proper reporting and documentation of field activities
- Identify new high-performing locations and outreach strategies
- Train new field marketers on sales approach, scripts, and engagement techniques
- Report performance insights and recommendations to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven experience in field sales, marketing, or team supervision
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to monitor performance and enforce accountability
- Experience in the education, travel, or study abroad industry is a plus
