Job Overview
Boulos Enterprises Limited is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Field Marketing Executive who will be responsible for actively promoting our automotive products, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships across assigned territories.
This role is strictly field-based and requires someone who enjoys being on the move, meeting customers, conducting surveys, and identifying business opportunities in the market. It is not a desk or office role.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and market the company’s automotive products directly to potential customers.
Identify and approach new customers including businesses, dealers, logistics operators, and individuals.
Conduct market surveys and field research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Gather feedback from customers and report insights to management.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly marketing targets.
Visit markets, transport hubs, commercial areas, and other high-traffic locations to generate leads.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Represent the company professionally during field activities, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Monitor competitors and report market intelligence.
Submit daily field activity reports and customer engagement updates.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years experience in field marketing, sales, or business development.
Experience in the Automotive Industry is an added advantage.
Must be result-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
Must be comfortable working outdoors and travelling frequently within assigned areas.
Good knowledge of customer engagement and market research techniques.
Basic reporting and documentation skills.
