As we continue to expand across Abuja, we are looking for passionate and results-driven Field Marketers to help onboard new vendors and strengthen our presence in the market.

Role Description

As a Field Marketer, you will serve as the face of Burucart in the field. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, engaging, and onboarding restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, grocery stores, malls, and other eligible businesses onto the Burucart platform.

You will build relationships with business owners, educate them on the value of partnering with Burucart, support them through the onboarding process, and ensure they are successfully activated on the platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, resilience, and a passion for achieving sales and acquisition targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential vendors within assigned territories.
• Present Burucart's products and services to prospective partners.
• Onboard new restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, grocery stores, malls, and other businesses onto the platform.
• Guide vendors through the registration and activation process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and managers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly vendor acquisition targets.
• Submit daily activity and performance reports.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support business growth.
• Represent the Burucart brand professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in field marketing, sales, customer acquisition, business development, or a related role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of Abuja and its business environment.
• Proficiency in using smartphones and digital applications.
