Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field marketing activities, including visits to businesses, individuals, and key locations.
- Promote company products/services and educate potential clients on value and benefits.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in assigned territories.
- Distribute marketing materials and ensure proper visibility of brand assets.
- Collect feedback from customers and provide market insights to management.
- Track daily field activities and prepare reports on engagements and outcomes.
- Represent the company professionally at all times during field operations.
- Attend marketing events, activations, and campaigns as required.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, confident, and able to engage people easily.
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
- Familiarity with the local area/territory.
- Must be willing to travel within assigned locations.
- Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.
