Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Port Harcourt, with opportunities for remote work. The Field Interviewer & Host will be responsible for conducting field interviews, hosting events and panels, coordinating with teams to ensure smooth event execution, and gathering valuable insights from audiences. Additional responsibilities include representing the agency at events, building relationships with stakeholders, and preparing reports based on interactions and feedback.
Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
• Proficiency in interviewing techniques and the ability to engage with audiences
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and events
• Flexibility to work both in-person in Port Harcourt and remotely when necessary
• Prior experience in events hosting, interviewing, or public relations is a plus
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms is an advantage
• Ability to adapt quickly, think on your feet, and solve challenges effectively
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent the agency in a positive manner
