Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Growth Executive to drive WakaFoody’s offline growth and bring our platform directly to the people. This role is hands-on, face-to-face, and highly performance-driven. The ideal candidate is energetic, confident, and results-focused.

As a Field Growth Executive, your main responsibility is to generate first-time completed orders by onboarding new users in person and creating awareness about WakaFoody.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit high-traffic areas, including hostels, offices, estates, and events, to promote WakaFoody.
• Onboard new users and assist them in placing their first order.
• Ensure that orders placed are successfully completed and delivered.
• Represent WakaFoody professionally in all interactions, including wearing company merchandise and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Collect feedback from potential users, including objections, preferences, and suggestions, and share insights with management.
• Submit daily reports detailing locations visited, conversations held, users onboarded, and completed orders.
• Prepare weekly summaries of total orders, revenue, and territory insights.
• Achieve minimum daily, weekly, and monthly order and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable approaching strangers.
• Results-driven and self-motivated.
• Good understanding of Akure city and local neighborhoods.
• Previous experience in field sales, promotions, or similar roles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule effectively.
