Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field visits to retail outlets according to the approved route plan.
- Prospect and onboard new retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and market clusters.
- Ensure consistent product availability and visibility across all visited outlets.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Monitor stock levels, report out-of-stock situations, and facilitate order fulfillment.
- Execute in-market activations, sampling, and trade promotions.
- Maintain strong retailer relationships and ensure repeat orders.
- Submit accurate daily field reports (covered outlets, sales, challenges, opportunities)
Requirements:
- OND in a relevant field.
- 0–2 years of field sales experience.
- Strong understanding of local retail markets.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Physically fit and able to work long hours on the field.
- Must be target-driven, persuasive, and proactive.
- Must reside within or close to the assigned territory.
